Rum Island Chicken

  Chicken breast sautéed with ginger, garlic, and hot peppers

  then flambéed with dark rum and finished with a touch of brown sugar for a sweet and spicy caribbean style sauce. Served with a choice of starch, seasonal vegetable, and a garden salad.

Sloppy Joe Sliders

Four mini rolls stuffed with ground beef in a sweet

rich tomato sauce with peppers, onions, and spices and served with tator tots.

Chicken Florentine Flatbread

A crispy grilled flatbread with spinach and artichoke dressing, grilled chicken, portabella mushrooms, and topped with mozzarella cheese.
