Greek Salad - A blend of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, calamata olives, feta cheese, and radishes. Small or large.

Tomato & Mozzarella Salad - Slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato drizzled with basil oil and balsamic vinegar.

Waldorf Salad - Fresh romaine lettuce with walnuts, grapes, blue cheese crumbles, onions, and balsamic vinagrette. Small or large.

Carolina Salad - A scoop of fresh chicken salad topped with walnuts and onions, served with tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, and carrot sticks.

Filet Mignon* - An 8 oz. cut of USDA tenderloin cooked to order topped with a mushroom cap. Topped with hollandaise for an additional charge.

USDA NY Sirloin* - A 12 oz. cut of USDA choice NY strip grilled to order.

Rib-eye* - A 12 oz. cut, grilled to order.

Marsala - Your choice of chicken or veal sauteed with mushrooms and shallots in a Marsala wine sauce.

Parmesan - Your choice of oven bakes, veal or chicken with melted mozzarella and red sauce.  Served over your choice of pasta.

Oscar - Your choice of baked, breaded veal or chicken topped with seafood newberg, asparagus, and hollandaise sauce.

Grilled Chicken Dinner - Two pieces of grilled, marinated chicken breasts.

Chicken Pesto Dinner - Two grilled chicken breasts served with pesto over angel hair pasta.

Chicken Florentine - Two sauteed chicken breasts with spinach, sundried tomatoes, and artichokes in a light cream sauce.

Chicken Almondine - Two chicken breasts encrusted with almonds, baked and topped with hollandaise.

Fettuccini Alfredo - Served by itself of your choice of chicken and broccoli or scallops and shrimp.
