Nachos Supreme - Nacho chips topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, jalapenos, and a blend of Moneterey Jack and cheddar cheese.  Served with nacho cheese sauce, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.  Available plain, or with your choice of chicken or chili.


Beer Battered Chicken Chunks - Beer battered chicken tenders served with honey dijon dressing.  Available Buffalo Style with celery and blue cheese.


Fried Mozzarella - Beer battered mozz sticks.  Served with choice of meat sauce or marinara.

Jack Daniels Glazed Tenderloin - A chateau tenderloin grilled then topped with a Jack Daniels glaze and sliced to order.

Rib-eye* - A 12 oz. cut, grilled to order.

Marsala - Your choice of chicken or veal sauteed with mushrooms and shallots in a Marsala wine sauce.

Parmesan - Your choice of oven bakes, veal or chicken with melted mozzarella and red sauce.  Served over your choice of pasta.

Pecan Chicken - Chicken breast encrusted in breadcrumbs and pecans, baked and drizzled with a sweet raspberry sauce.

Grilled Chicken Dinner - Two pieces of grilled, marinated chicken breasts.

Chicken Pesto Dinner - Marinated chicken breast grilled and served over angel hair pasta tossed in a pesto sauce with sundried tomatoes and feta cheese.

Chicken Almondine - Two chicken breasts encrusted with almonds, baked and topped with hollandaise.

Fresh Sea Scallops - Baked in a casserole with lemon, butter, garlic, and white wine.

Grilled Salmon - Served with dill butter.

Baked Tilapia - An 8 oz. portion baked with spinach, Spanish olives, tomatoes, and red onions in a garlic lemon, wine sauce.
